Was je altijd al eens van plan een afwisselende vakantie door te gaan brengen in Andalusië, Zuid-Spanje?
Deze Las Perlas 15-daagse rondreis is een goede kennismaking met het veelzijdige Andalusië. Naast een bezoek aan de koningssteden Granada, Córdoba en Sevilla, ervaar je ook het typisch Andalusische leven, evenals de prachtige natuur (vlakbij Granada en Ronda). Met als afsluiting nog een paar dagen aan de kust.

Route: Málaga – langs de kust via Granada naar Guadix – Sevilla – Arcos de la Frontera – Ronda - Nerja

Na aankomst in Málaga verblijf je 1 nacht in hartje stad. Ontzéttend leuke stad die absoluut wordt ondergewaardeerd. Om dit te ontdekken kun je met de hele familie op de fiets klimmen om de leukste plekjes te bezoeken! En onderweg taartjes eten in het beste taartjescafé van de stad!
De 2e dag vertrek je naar een prachtig gebied ten zuidoosten van Granada waar jullie een drietal nachten gaan verblijven in een waar grothotel. De kinderen zullen dit wáánzinnig vinden, slapen in een échte grot! Hiervandaan kun je het nodige ondernemen, bijv. Granada bezoeken of je rijdt met de familia naar een stoer Westernpark!
Daarna evt. een korte stop in Córdoba (1 nachtje) om de Mezquita te bezoeken en dan op naar de koningsstad Sevilla. We geven veel tips wat er te doen valt met de kinderen in Sevilla, zoals een boottochtje of bezoek aan een pretpark.
Daarna vertrek je naar Arcos de la Frontera, waar je buiten het dorp gaat vertoeven in een prachtige cortijo, waar de liefhebbers kunnen paardrijden, maar ook het witte dorp Arcos de la Frontera bezoeken, wat boven op een rots ligt, is indrukwekkend.
Vervolgens naar Ronda, het stadje wat gescheiden wordt door een duizelingwekkend diepe kloof. Hier ga je in elk geval de oudste stierenvechtersarena van Spanje bezoeken. Jullie verblijven in een knotsgek hotel vlakbij het centrum van Ronda.
Daarna uitrusten aan de stranden vlakbij Nerja. Je verblijft in een leuk hotel vlak buiten Nerja, tijd om te relaxen, lekker te eten en uiteraard strand! Ook ga je met z´n allen nog de grotten van Nerja bezoeken welke tot de grootste van Europa behoren. Mochten de kids nog naar een waterpark willen, dan zijn er diverse mogelijkheden in de omgeving.
En voor je het goed en wel beseft breekt dan de onvermijdelijke dag 15 aan, inpakken en helaas alweer naar huis…

Romantic Route / Honeymoon trips

Sherry / Wine Route

The Spanish know how to enjoy life! And of course this is not possible without an excellent glass of sherry or wine!

The produce of sherry for example is a very interesting process which is in fact a must see. And that is possible!
The centre of the world production of the many varieties of sherry is based in Jerez de la Frontera. A beautiful city where the big and world famous sherry establishments are based like Sandeman, Tio Pepe and Gonzales Byass. Al these brands organize tours on their premises of course followed by an extensive tasting. And don´t think that you don´t like sherry! What you will taste here will make sure that you will think completely different about this undervalued drink!
By the way, did you know that the name “sherry” is only entitled to use when it is produced exclusively within this area?

Continue the route with a visit to a very small-scaled but o so romantic bodega in Ronda. Here you can taste fantastic red and rosé wines served together with very tasty tapas and beside that, stunning views over the valley…. It is guaranteed, you will not leave here without a few very interesting bottles as a memory of a nice experience.

Also, just outside Málaga there is based a very special bodega. Here you can taste, just like in a few very old bodega´s in town, the famous and very delicious “Dulce de Málaga”

Conclusion, plenty of possibilities to organize an interesting and tasty sherry/wine route. And these are just a few examples!

Spectacular Nature

Andalucia has a really breathtaking countryside with which you can fill at least 10 holidays! Anyway, we lost counting the number of protected nature reserves.

Province of Cádiz / Walking in fairy-tale atmosphere in the cork forests of Parque Natural de Los Alcornocales. Easy to combine with afterwards relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Tarifa!

Province of Jaén / Hiking tours, 4x4 excursions, bicycle- or horse-riding tours in the Parque Natural de Cazorla y Segura.

Province of Córdoba / Cycling through the Parque Natural de la Sierra Subbética and visit recently discovered caves.

Province of Cádiz / Excursions to the special swamps of Parque Nacional de Coto Doñana.

Province of Málaga / Walking in the mysterious Parque Natural El Torcal

Province of Granada / Fantastic skiing on the Sierra Nevada with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance!

The Beach Route

We have seen quite a few places in the world but there are only a few spots on this planet where you will find such a variety in beaches as here in Andalucia!

Visit for example the clear and intimate bays in and around Nerja. The water is so clear that it is no surprise that you can join many diving- and snorkeling trips. Just outside the coast you will find a truly amazing underwater world. The bays beaches are cosy and sheltered.

Continue you trip towards Málaga and the beaches become more familial and stretched. Here you can take place on a banana behind a speedboat, hang on a parachute and enjoy much more water entertainment. Within this area you also will find a number of luxury beach clubs.

Then we are heading for the surroundings of Tarifa. A lot of people practise kite surfing here and you will experience a relaxed lounge atmosphere, in summertime it is every single night party time on the beach! But, also very suitable for families with kids as well, here you will find the best sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol.

A bit further on in places like Los Caños de Meca you will be away from it all, the world seems to be on a large distance here. Nice atmosphere, small villages and long, long stretched beaches where you will imagine yourself all alone on earth. On some places the forest is bordering the beach, really very special!
